Im just curious why its been months since the compatibility list has been updated what the "build" list is updated daily. If its community driven, i would like to contribute, Im just curious why it hasnt been updated since September of 2023

It was updated a few weeks ago, it's up-to-date now.
For the submissions themselves, yes, it's community maintained.
