I've been playing MGS4 for over a month now, on the latest builds with all the patches, and had no issues whatsoever.

Today, after not playing for a week, I updated to the latest version, started Act 4 (the shadow moses one) and as I got near the entrance, it gave me this error.



I was able to replicate it in the same area 3 times.
