Not every game has it but the ones that do ware really annoying, I have to tab out of the game and  accept the prompt every time.
At first I thought my games are soft locking because they just freeze and the  prompt doesn't even appear on top of the game.

The native UI is enabled by default so nothing should be popping out of the game window
Need more details of what you're doing exactly, what game and what's the pop-up exactly
