Made an account for this. Been messing with RPCS3 for a few days, specifically dumping old sports games of mine before I dump any of the bigger games to commitment to. The first I tried was NBA Live 10 and, although it took some trial and error, it worked like a charm for about three days. The next game I dumped was WWE All Stars, and as soon as I started playing it on RPCS3, everything went to shit. Not only did it not run, Live 10 stopped running too. I didn’t touch a single setting, although that has since changed out of my own desperation to get the emulator working lol. This exact black screen with the FPS running is also what I got before I got Live 10 working too.
What will happen is that all the modules will load up, and then the game will be a black screen; no video and no audio, although the FPS counter will drop and raise. Worth noting is that the PS3 GUI will run perfectly fine, although every once in a while it does say the database needs to be restored.

Several settings are not default and you mention you didn't change anything
Reset settings to default and only change what is listed in the wiki pages for the games
You might want to clean dev_hdd1 cache folder too

Sorry about that, I didn't mess with settings until after the fact. Didn't even see the button to default the settings lol. Either way I took your suggestions but they also didn't work, with the same results; black screen, no sound, frame rate still moving. I have updated to the most recent version of RPCS3 as well.
Updated log:

Latest log shows old NVIDIA driver below what's required for Vulkan to work properly. Update to latest driver.
Besides that, I don't see anything wrong. I recommend doing a verification of your game dump.

If there are no issues with the dump, it might be a regression, try going back one month at a time on versions through the build history page and see if it works, then you can narrow down which version broke it for you through binary search and file a regression report

Drivers were updated and the dumps were fine, but still no dice. I don't think it can be anything with the build because I remember updating RPCS3 when it was working, and it worked afterwards.
I'm not the smartest when it comes to tech things like this, but there was something else I noticed that may be related. When loading the PS3 GUI, the emulator would show two loading bars, and once that was done it would show a pop up in the bottom left corner saying it was either compiling PPU modules or shaders. For the games, only one loading bar would show and the pop up wouldn't show up at all. I remember when the first game would load successfully when it did work, it would show the two bars and the pop up as well. Could my problems be something related to that?
I've noticed this too. When launching a game, after the compiling screen, it goes to a black screen. However, if I immediately start the same game again, it plays normally. If I go to another game, black screen, etc...
