So, looking at your log, I noticed you're on the 1.00 build of the game, and 1.02 is available. While I doubt it's the cause of your issue, it couldn't hurt to download the 1.02 update.  It also says you're using a custom configuration, but I don't really see much of a difference between the config it spat out in the log and the default config, although I didn't really check much beyond the PPU settings, as that is what would/should be causing your issue, since it's an access violation. You should also note the game is marked as a 'Ingame' state and not 'Playable' and has had tickets opened for it with regression issues, mostly with Nvidia cards. I was able to boot into the game, however as the status correctly indicates, there are major graphical issues with the game.

All that being said, I suggest the following:
  1. Update the game to 1.02.
  2. Revert the settings to default for the game instead of a custom config.
  3. Clear the cache for the game and start over.
  4. If none of those work, change the SPU Decoder to ASMJIT as that helped me solve an access violation with BLUS30755.
