Was running perfectly fine after an updating on 12/5 it gave a vulkan error, after a complete uninstall and reinstall.
Redownloading old and new versions and attempting to run either the program will appear in task manager for a few seconds and goes away a window never appears.

Have reinstalled gpu drivers, and C++

No error appears anymore. 
The only thing that happens when I attempt to open the program is the RPCS3.Log.Gz and the program opens in task manager. Both of those only occur for a few seconds. Then they both disappear until attempting to open the program again.

Please run this and post the results:

Update the GPU drivers for both of your GPUs to their latest versions
