Hi Guys! I currently use RPCS3 and I just wonder if or when you guys have a Native ARM Version coming?

Thank You!

Depends on contributors, the core team does not work on macOS
It seems like gaming on Mac is at its highest peak, and will probably only go up from here.. I've never seen so much gaming content on YouTube or Reddit, for example.. and I've owned a Mac since 1998.

So it seems like this is probably going to pick up more steam (unintended pun lol) than some people may think..

For what it's worth, the AetherSX2 emulator has been an amazing improvement over PCX2 for example..

PPSSPP is also running great natively on ARM code. So anyway I think the whole ARM thing will play out quite nicely for gaming on mac.. And if the right devs or contributors band together (hopefully with $$ support from the community) I don't see why an "aethersx2" type PS3 emulator won't be possible for ARM (Mac, Android, etc) ..

But of course.. only time will tell Smile

Now, if there are some devs/ contributors out there reading this and want to shed some light on the topic that would be amazing.
RPCS3 does have some limited ARM support now, enough to boot some of the simple 2D games fully native but nothing popular or intensive.
Would a native ARM version be that much better? The system runs better on my M1 Macbook than it did on the equivalent intel macbook pro and it doesn't feel so hot you can fry an egg.
If it were up to the same standards as the x86-64 side, not having to use Rosetta 2 and having access to AVX instructions would give a decent performance improvement
