Setup
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800H
GPU: RTX 3050Ti 4GB
16GB DDR4 RAM
OS: Windows 11
Been having audio crackling on all my games started the day of making this post, but 2 days prior it all worked perfectly playing "SoulCalibur IV". I have tried changing my settings, fresh install, even tried windows 10 off a external ssd. Also sometimes when i boot the game at least with "SoulCalibur IV" now, the audio may be fine for a bit, but becomes distorted when going to full screen or vice versa, or sometimes it boots distorted. Video/Graphics FPS is at 60 with no drops.
Sorry for any post mistakes been at this for few hours.

UPDATE:
Went from the latest build to this random build from months ago to test a much older one, and at least my Soulcalibur IV audio issues appear to be gone after testing for a hour, usually pop up in just the main menu music and so on within few minutes and not stop. Hopefully there can be a fix for newer builds though since i tested a handful of builds that released in the last month (haven't tried earlier builds except for the exception)
The random build i tested that appears to have better audio is rpcs3-v0.0.20-13179-1c0b3fc7_win64
