God Of War 2 is blurry even at 1440p and 4k. I'm not sure whether this is ghosting or something else, but here are some screenshots at 4K.

Played around with AA, Resolution Scale Threshold, FSR Upscaling, and additional settings (checking and unchecking things like Write Color Buffers, Asynchronous Texture Streaming, etc.) but didn't notice any change.

Specs:
CPU - i7 4770k
GPU - gtx980 (driver 511.79.0.0)
OS - Win10
RAM - 16GB DDR3 @ 800
Base resolution is set to 1920x1080, if I remember correctly this ignores Resolution Scaling
God of War 2 runs at 960x1080 stretched to fit the screen when the base resolution is set like this so yeah it will probably look blurry
Change the base resolution back to 1280x720

I made sure I'm running the game at 1280x720 and upscaled it to 1440p. Here are the screenshots:

It's weird that you said I was running it at 1080p though. Is that what it says in the logs? I know I'm running it at 720p for sure NOW at least and it still has the same problem.
The log did say that, yes
Upload another with it changed back to 1280x720

Here's a log at 1280x720 upscaled to 4K, as well as some screenshots. As you can see, the weird blur/ghosting is still there. I also took a screenshot of a room and you can tell how blurry things look, especially if you zoom in. Maybe I'm just nitpicking, but is it really supposed to be this way? I feel like it should definitely be sharper, especially at 4K.

Another strange thing is that I tried changing the resolution to 1080p and upscaling it to 4K as well... It actually sort of worked. But it clearly says that your Default Resolution will be ignored if your Resolution Scale is anything other than 100%. So what's up with that? So it doesn't ignore your resolution even if you upscale after all?

It clearly looks better, although I think there's still some blurriness if you zoom in. Is that just how the game looks? I don't think this is an issue on pcsx2 (or for other people on youtube that use rpcs3) as it looks very sharp, but for some reason it's not working right on rpcs3 for me. I wanna figure out what's up with it as I'm genuinely curious.
Bump.
If anyone has any idea, please share it. My OCD doesn't let me continue to play until I figure out what's causing this lol.

Have you had the chance to look at the logs? Anything that seems strange?
Bump.
