Playable at mostly 50-60 FPS, in some areas it dips down to 25-40 FPS. I completed this game 100 % today, with a total playtime of 238 hours.
I just created the RPCS3 wiki page for this game, so I'm copying the issues I found from there:
In adventure worlds or levels utilizing the cartoon shader (like The Simpsons), horizontal black lines appear all over the screen in most viewing angles.
Completely random crashes at any time, but mostly during shader compilation or when many objects are on-screen. If the game runs longer than 15 minutes without crashing, it will continue to run for hours without this problem.
Most of the adventure worlds turn invisible when using OpenGL, essentially making them unplayable.
Important: You have to set "Network Status" and "PSN Status" to "Disconnected" in the game-specific configuration, otherwise it will softlock on the title screen!
The attached log file was created by starting the game, loading a savegame, entering an adventure world and exiting the game.
From what you describe, this sounds more like Ingame than Playable

Well, it has no game-breaking glitches and can be finished 100 % with every bit of content there is in the game. Some game sessions crash randomly within the first few minutes (sometimes even on the title screen), but if it doesn't crash early, it runs perfectly.
However, there is no specific error message in the log file or the UI when a crash happens and the game just freezes, audio still playing fine. I have to manually close the window, only then after some seconds, RPCS3 tells me that the display driver didn't respond and then exits. So, maybe it has nothing to do with the game itself, but with the nvidia drivers?

For a game to be playable it needs to have the same performance in your pc as you playing it on ps3. For example if in original PS3 the game plays at 60 FPS you need to have constant 60 FPS in your pc for the game to be playable. Crashes I suppose exist cause your computer have dificulty to make SPU cache at the same time you are playing the game.
