Hello, when opening games with vulkan, I am met with an error(image attached). 

When using open gl, although running the game, I get <20 fps. I don't think this should be happening with my specs.


GPU Rtx 2060 6gb
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.59 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 10 Home
Version 21H1
OS build 19043.1348

External program is interfering with Vulkan, disable that overlay.

You can disable them with the below program if you don't know how to do it manually:
