Game passes developer/publisher logos, freezes straight after pressing Start on the title screen

This error comes up in the console log:

Tried Vulkan and OpenGL with no difference.

RPCS3 v0.0.20-13248-7977fbb9 Alpha | HEAD

Whether it was recent updates to RPCS3 or deleting the save game file which I saw from another thread for a different game, I was able to get past the point of crashing before and the game seems quite playable.

FPS limit needs to be set otherwise framerate is uncapped and can mess up the menu and UI, probably other consequences also.

Sound issues can appear occasionally when there is a lot going on.

For the moment maybe move this to Ingame?
