The Japanese release of The Sly Collection - a physical disc with the first three games. Sly 2 and Sly 3 are fully playable just like the other versions, however Sly 1 has an issue where animations refuse to play, softlocking the intro cutscene. If you skip the intro cutscene, starting a new game won't work because it relies on animations to play. Loading an existing savegame does fix the issue, but it'll just happen again after a while. This issue is exclusive to the Japanese version of Sly 1, the Korean/American/European versions don't have this.

I've been informed that this can happen on all versions of the game, not just the JP version. I personally never experienced this glitch so it may just be a rare glitch
