RPCS3 v0.0.17-12674-ddb04214 Alpha

Settings:
Defaults, Vulkan, 720p 16:9 (1080p is likely workable)

Summary:
Game is playable from beginning to end

Quirks:
- Game crashes if you press start on the main menu to fast (waiting for the 3 bullets to hit the screen solves this).
- Closing the game crashes the emulator

Performance:
Moderate, with the max 30fps in lighter scenes and at worst low 20s in the more intensive scenes.

Added the emulator version from the log and a remark on the settings used. Sorry about that!
