I complete the setup and on the second boot right after the PS3 logo fades away it crashes on this exact frame (check attachment)
If it's useful the firmware is 4.86 [attachment=22892]

Well, you clearly didn't read it let alone follow perfectly, you failed to follow the very first line in configuration that's also in bold
Also, missing a log file
