Hello everyone. 
So I downloaded the RPCS3 software and I'm trying to find save game and load game like in PCSX2. Is there a way to save my process like PCSX2 by clicking F1 and F3? 
Or is it just saving inside a game?

Yes, for now you can only save and load using the games' own mechanisms for that
