Should i update to 21H1 for the best of RPCS3 emulation ? Btw if i downgrade to v1803 or v1809, will RPCS3 work well ?
I prefer the old features of win10.

We don't support old versions of Windows 10, and these versions don't even have the Zen scheduler for instance.
I believe we won't support issues with Windows Developer Previews either until they become stables.
