I have not tested the full game just yet, however the first level played at 60fps without any issues whatsoever.

Crashes after the intro cutscene to episode one due to an access violation.

Game patch "Infinite Draw Distance" applied, game report not valid, no patches must be used

I also never ran into this issue when playing, looking at the log I have a feeling that there may be bad game files here
