I extracted all the files and tried to start the emulator, but it's saying it's missing dll files. They are vulcon-1.ddl, MSVCP140_1.ddl, and VCRUNTIME140_1.ddl. I even looked in the compressed file to make sure and tried to find them and they weren't in there.

Nome of these files exist, it's vulkan-1.dll and the others .dll as well.
For the first one, you need to reinstall the latest version of your GPU drivers, for the other two you need to install the software dependency in the Quickstart Guide.
