Emulator Version: RPCS3 v0.0.14-11691-ddac4686 Alpha
With the Vulkan renderer:
During cutscenes frames are unstable and can drop as low as sub-10fps. There is also some strange visual stuttering/jitter and the audio can go out of sync with the text on-screen. Actual gameplay these issues disappear and frames are a solid 30fps (Vulkan), however things seem overly dark and shadows obstruct your view (see screenshot while aiming below). The shadow issues breaks the game and keeps this from being playable.
With the OpenGL renderer:
Cutscenes are actually much smoother with far fewer times where you drop from 30fps. There is also no stuttering or jitter that is experienced with the Vulkan renderer. With OpenGL cutscenes seem to behave just like on the PS3. However, gameplay FPS hover between 5-10fps making OpenGL unplayable and the shadow issue that breaks gameplay for Vulkan also exists.

Playable
Beaten the game from start to finish with DLC. FPS is
stable. (HDD data is successfully installed) Graphic/Cutscenes are well-rendered
. (Shader is heavily complied helping to clear outdoor graphic flickier). Sound/Effects are clearly working.

RPCS3 Bug: Controller Infinite Rumbling
Thanks for the video, can you show how it performs with vblank set to 120? Performance when driving wasn't very good, framespikes galore.
I'm also surprised at how poor the LODs are when driving at some points, wonder if it was truly that bad on PS3.
Not going to move to playable until I get a better idea of performance

I'm not really sure if its a good idea to move this status as playable just yet. I'm using Ryzen 5900x which is like above the recommended requirement, and sadly it still struggles with performance issues.
This seems very playable with current build, but still has the forever rumble feature. So you need to disable rumble for your controller in RPCS3, not in game.
