RPCS3 v0.0.14-11647-16c6b44f

I've tried booting it using OPEN GL and VULKAN using my 1080 but it either shows a floating hat, or a black screen freeze, this is my log using vulkan with it having black screen freeze

Likely corrupted dump, don't see anything wrong in the log
