As the title suggests, would be good to see the changelog in the update window when the emulator starts up and checks for a new version, and when it finds a new version to download, display the changelog.

Not sure if any Dev's care about that or want to do it, but thought it would be handy to see what's changed/new in the new version.

I think it's not wise to add the programmers work loads on such minor issue rather 
then let them focus on increasing games Compatibility.
