i've fixed by myself.
Worst support ever
Cringe, you can't even upload a log file when asked to 5 times and complain about support.
Support is only given once a log file is uploaded.
Fortunately, smoothbrains like you won't stop us from continuing to provide support to people that are actually able to follow a simple instruction such as uploading a log file.
