I first played Persona 5 on the emulator a few weeks ago and the game ran very stably and at a fairly moderate FPS for my FX8350, 8GB of RAM and GTX 970. I then updated the emulator which made the intro song for Persona 5 run way choppier than it did before, but the actual game ran fine so I didn't care. About an hour ago, I updated again and now the game crashes after about 5 or 10 minutes of gameplay every time. I've no idea what's going on.

I understand that I have the *bare* minimum specs to run RPCS3 but it was running fine before and now is extremely unstable.

Same here.  Been playing for months with no issues.  A few updates back the game started freezing after playing for ~1 hour.  Now the fps is so inconsistent that it's unplayable.  I fixed this by downgrading to version 0.0.12-11069.  Hopefully they fix it soon.  I really like staying on the newest builds.
