I recently downloaded RPCS3 (version rpcs3-v0.0.12-10864-595fdb2f_win64) and when i opened it no window apeared so i opened again and a Fatal Error window saying that RPCS3 is already running shows up, so i killed the process in task manager and tried to open it again and still no window appears, same thing happens over and over, i restarted my pc and tried again only to get the same result, i uninstalled both my gpu (they both support vulkan) drivers with DDU in safe mode and installed the very recent version of them and tried again, still nothing. Any suggested solution ?

Where did you place RPCS3?

That's a known issue due to NVidia latest drivers changing Vulkan jsons paths. I've made a thread at reddit about this as well:
