hello
i ve googled and searched for this issue , still didnt solve it.
when i start rpcs3 it runs in task manager, and wont show up,
if i click on it a second time it gives me an error message ""another instance of rpcs3 is running. close it or kill its process if necessary""
i already installed visual C and already used DDU and re installation of drivers on the rtx 2080 still did not work
plz help
