I keep getting this message and I dont know what to do

I tried 120x120, 100x100, ibb.co and I couldnt change my avatar

MyBB is acting a little weird with attachments and uploads in general, they seem to have fixed it on their git branch but the next update is not yet released

What error do you get exactly
