Whenever i try to run Rpcs3, it doesn't open and if i close the program in Task Manager and open it again, it just runs in the background and never opens.
I've already use DDU, reinstalled Visual C++ 2019 and Nvidia Driver witch clean installation.
I don't have any type of horror (vulkan works fine because i can play vulkan based games like Wolfenstein) and older RPCS3 versions works correctly.
I already search on reddit and other threads but i can't find answer, i only see this is a common issue.
My Configurations:
Intel i7 9700k
GTX 1070
16gb rad ddr4
Windows 10 Pro 1909
