Ingame with RPCS3 v0.0.10-10464-d47d597b Alpha [2020-06-05], same as the disc version.
Performance wise it's the same as the disc version. While basing on my screenshots it might appear like it's playable, this is not the case - later areas are considerably slower.

PPU Decoder: Recompiler (LLVM)
SPU Decoder: Recompiler (LLVM)
Additional settings:
SPU MLAA patch used (improves performance, but it's not mandatory for the game to run)
SPU loop detection: Off
Resolution scale: 101% (required for the SPU MLAA patch)
Relaxed ZCULL Sync: On (improves performance)
Accurate GETLLAR: On (required to fix freezes)
