I'm using MSI Afterburner 4.6.2, What I'm doing differently is using Rivatuner 7.1.0 to combat a different issue with the OSD settings.
Thanks B-S.

If I have it displaying my FPS I get a black screen ingame, if I disable the overlay I can see the game. No idea why it only affects Vulkan tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So, if you're using MSI Afterburner (or some other program doing some kind of overlay maybe?), try turning it OFF!
You are a genious! Jus registered on the forum to say that man! I tried everything! I forgot to try to turn off the MSI AFTERBURNER, thanks!!

Haha, I'm not but thank you for the kind words

Glad to hear this was helpful for someone else!
This helped me figure out my issue as well.
I am running on a Lenovo Legion with dual graphics cards. I had to open the nvidia control panel and force it to use the nvidia card by selecting "High-performance NVIDIA processor" in the "Manage 3D settings" section.
