I've gotten the Adachi mod almost fully working on the US version of P5. The player model and Dojima are replaced, but Dojima's face/bustup is not. The other issue is that the instructions that ShrineFox posted on the mod page tells me to place my .RAP file in a specific location. I don't have one, can't find it anywhere. Also when I apply the patch.yml given, my game freezes upon approaching Leblanc. I have already changed my PPU hash in the given yml, so it's not that.
It should be noted that I am using the Mod Compendium version with the kaleidoscope removal, less facility voices and mod menu mods. I have placed the mod.cpk in all locations where it could possibly be read from. Without the patch.yml replaced, the game doesn't crash, but has the face issue I mentioned. The game unmodded works fine, I've already beaten the whole game once.
Any solutions or mistakes I made?
