Game appears to work fine. PLAYABLE
* Default (Vulkan) Settings. Just bumped up res to 1920x1080.

Tested on: Intel Xeon CPU E3-1240 v5 @ 3.50GHz / NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU / 16GB RAM
Ingame - No longer freezes on intro, now able to get past main menu and into the offline arcade game mode. Colors don't look right though.

Tested on: Intel Xeon CPU E3-1240 v5 @ 3.50GHz / NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU / 16GB RAM
Playable - Colors have been fixed, random crashes resolved, unsuprisingly runs at a fully stable 60FPS, offline modes are fully playable now with default settings.
