Been playing for a while now, no crashes or other issues. There are some graphical artifacts in shadows and cutscenes sometimes, but they don't really affect gameplay at all, and it's not frequent.
The game runs fine with default settings, and can go to higher framerates by increasing the vblank rate. Resolution scaling seems to impact performance significantly.
