Just wondering if any of the dev's who look after the general interface of RPCS3 would consider implementing Redream's interface or something similar? It's neat, tidy and looks nice.

There are currently no plans to change the GUI, but you can already list your games by their images just like on that image, by choosing Grid View and adjusting the size to the one you want.
