I'll start saying that before April 2019 I was able to run a number of games almost flawlessly at 30fps (eg Saint Seiya Sanctuary Battle) and others at lower frame rates (e.g.. Persona 5 at 18-22 fps) which for me was great as I am not an fps enthusiast. I was only able to run games using the LLVM Recompller as a SPU decoder but with that option they ran fine and STILL do if I use any build of RPCS3 released before April 2019. However if I use any newer builds the games will run with continuous and unbearable stuttering and also run very slowly (like in slow motion). This used to happen with any build with ASMJIT Recompiler even before April but now it happens with LLVM too making it impossible for me to use any of the newer versions. It's mostly noticeable when clips are playing.
I was told to report this here on the Youtube channel, I think by one of the staff here but I am really not expecting a fix since my computer is VERY VERY old. So I hope this information helps anyway.
My specs:
CPU: i7 860 @2.8 G.Hz (no, it's not a typo it's really that old)
GPU: Nvidia GTX1050TI
Memory: 8Gb
OS: Windows 7
