Alpha channel texture in jean kujo costume and others texture like tattoo and hair not render correctly

And one more thing i have a frame drops down to 50 fps  when play on akira stage(statue stage) ,on other stage i have solid 59. to 60 fps

My old rig

i5 2500k 3ghz
8 gb RAM
Radeon Hd7770 1gb
