Why is this on ingame category when BLES00316 and BLUS30166 are playable and they're the exact same game?

Because it's PSN version, not disc one. If somebody makes playable report, it'll be moved there.

GrantKane has low performance because he has a low-end APU.

Game runs well but I'm stuck with infinite loading before entering the Medical Pavilion for the first time. If I refuse to enter the Medical Pavilion and wait outside it, the game crashes with a fatal error. Attaching logs of infinite loading as well as fatal crash.
