Vulkan Default settings
PPU: LLVM Recompiler
SPU: ASMJIT Recompiler

30fps or above 100% of the time. No slowdowns.
Sound is perfect. Cutscene's are in sync.
Perfect dodgy PS1 graphics.

Played half way through with no problems. Game is probably completely playable, but as I didn't finish it, has to be ingame for now. I'll finish it soon enough.

Fully playable.

60fps constantly, no slowdown, no audio issues.

Other settings:

Write Color buffers - enabled.
