On current build (and all previous builds) When the tutorial attempts to reset, it is put in a softlock with no Fatal errors.

Softlocks no longer prevent the tutorial from being completed, and I was able to finish the campaign as well as spend a decent amount of time doing songs in Quickplay. Two softlocks still occurred while playing through the campaign, but did not reappear after a reboot.
Vblank Frequency can be safely changed to 120 Hz, for 60fps gameplay without any issues with game speed or input as far as I could tell.
