Full Version: [Request\Suggestion.] - CPU benchmark based on RPCS3.

So I was wondering if we could create a benchmarks like these:

I think having a database with benchmarks to consult would be great. So we could see the actual performance of the CPUs on RPCS3 before buying.

I think it's still a bit early to do those kind of benchmarks, specially because different games hit RPCS3 harder in different places, and RPCS3 is still very inaccurate / WIP.

I do agree it should be a feature once the emulator is more mature though.

Honestly. When it comes to emulation Intel is just better than AMD due to the single threaded performance. Even if it use multicore it is mainly on (STP.) With the new 2700 series of AMD I don't know. I haven't really looked into it. I still rock a 4790x due to the STP just being awesome. The 7700k and 8700k really don't add much to STP. Therefor I still haven't found a reason to "upgrade" yet.
