Hi, i have a problem and i dont know if its normal or not.
I play only 2 type of games in the emulator, the Hatsune Miku and Atelier games. All work perfectly, but the VSync dont do anything and i have a terrible tearing, it doesnt matter if i have Vulkan or OpenGL.
I use the last update of RPCS3 and my PC is this(Ill put screenshots of my RPCS3 configuration):
I7-4790K
GTX 980
8GB RAM
SOLVED: You have to put triple buffer and Vsync "activated" in the control panel of NVIDIA and have Vsync turned off in RPCS3
