Ingame, you'll want to use OpenGL to have more stability as Vulkan currently spams RSX Desyncs then hangs.
I tried Write Color Buffer AND Force CPU Blit but it did not fix the missing terrain/geometry.

Playable! Graphics are fixed in new builds since: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/pull/12450 merged last month.
Requires Write Color Buffers to fix some issues with light sources. Resolution Scaling causes bloom to have a pattern on it, can reduce it by increasing threshold to 256x256. Don't go too high or else res scaling will look bad. Set wakeup delay to 50us on advanced tab, and atomic fifo as well for more stability, if you crash try 150 to 200 wakeup delay.
I did first 4 missions, game is on PC so not going to waste too much time testing.
