Vega MSI Gaming GTX970 4G
CPU xeon w3565 3.20GHz
Are all of these good for playing games with RPCS3 ?
Or I can play some and some others I can’t play ?

Not that good, doesn't have AVX nor AVX2 (and obviously nor TSX). Even though it is a quad core, it's a very old one.
Depends on what you want to play.

I wanna play God Of War games , I know RPCS3 is in developing progress everyday I’m waiting for God Of War 3 to be playable
What do you think I can play from this sequel with my CPU ?
and what options i have to choose with RPCS3 to play smoothly ?
Will only know once it's Playable. But I doubt you'll be able to play it properly with that CPU.

I have been able to completely play god of war 3, but the text still looks funny and my fps is about 15-20 but its definitely playable. Really excited for future devolpment. Im using 1080 ti and 8086k

There is no way to compare your setup with mine .. I’m asking about xeon and you tell me you have played it with 8th gen i7 ... man what da .....
