Can you tell me settings of rpcs3 used?? and what renderer????

Use Vulkan if your GPU supports it because it's faster than OpenGL (do this for every game). And for settings just stick to using recompilers. If no specific settings were mentioned as being needed then using mostly defaults should be good.
You can always check people's settings that they used in the RPCS3.log file, but it's not a good idea to mindlessly copy people's CPU settings since the best setting will depend on your hardware and you will likely get different results.
