Hello there,
I just wanted to report that the builds on Appveyor are currently not working; I wanted to try out the new build that was said to be awesome for Demon's Souls but it didn't work, and I also noticed that the others weren't working anymore.
I've attached to this post a picture of what happens.

That's an AppVeyor issue. I can't reproduce it here regardless, it downloads normally for me.
