no, currently not. If rpcs3 lends web servers from google or other cloud providers it could be possible with enough patreon dollars to build a emulated psn for rpcs3. But poking around with Sony's servers to see how it works is illegal afaik. they do want to implement psn in the future but they can't right now and if they use the official psn. Sony would kick their ass.
