Ingame. Seems to run at a high fps, nearly a constant 30. Smoke and a few other things seems to be broken (pic below) and no settings fixed it from my tests.
Regardless, it requires libaudio.sprx to boot right now or it will crash upon hitting start in the main menu. The complete lack of audio would prevent this from being marked playable anyways.
Log has me booting it twice. No particular reason, just settings changes to try to fix smoke.
