Well I was actually testing this and within the time it took to do so this thread came up.
May as well report that shadows are not transparent on Vulkan, and the game doesn't seem to respond well to color buffers.
My FPS is better than the screenshot above (10-20) so anyone with TSX who's determined to play this could probably do so, but it's ingame for now.
