Everytime I connect my dualshock 4 and select it from the gamepad settings the emulator crashes and closes. Both logs wont show anything. The emulator just closes.
Please help!!!

Selecting Dualshock 4 from the handler dropdown menu crashes RPCS3. I'm using a genuine DS4 controller, wired.
The controller does work outside of RPCS3, or even within RPCS3 but only in xinput mode using the DS4Windows software.
If the controller is unplugged, I can safely select Dualshock 4 as the handler. Once the controller is plugged in, the emulator crashes.
Tried the following so far:
- another PS4 controller
- different USB cable
- fresh "install" of RPCS3
- uninstalling driver, then booting Win10 in safe mode before replugging controller
