InGame using following settings



OpenGL
PPU: LLVM
SPU: Fast
Automatically load required libraries

Definitely still ingame, but the performance is a lot better. Has some weird texture issues when moving. I'm not sure when this happened, but I was able to complete the Bomb Scare mission without the game softlocking, so that seems to have been fixed.
